Sometimes, the resources files could be loaded from a config service instead of the local files

Describe the solution you'd like
Check if we need confirservice and make a call to get the files before running the server

Describe alternatives you've considered
Read from a database could be great as well

Additional context
We could run the server in any environment and we only need to change the configservice without deploying the service again.
