UI - Generate resource

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At this moment, the developer needs to generate a resource through cli or manually adding the scenario within the json file.

Describe the solution you'd like
The developer should be able to generate a scenario with the ui.
The user will have an input where it eillbe asked for all the possible values such as method, endpoint, request Body, headers,cookies, body, description, xml among others.
At this moment, we just need something basic without any design
