question about masking the cartridge case #10

Hello,
I'm trying to use x3ptools to mask the cartridge case in x3p file.
for each scan, i have to do the following masking.

Masking the breech-face impression, (Red)
The aperture shear (Green),
The firing pin shear (Purple),
The firing pin impression (light blue),
The firing pin drag(arrow-blue).

I'm not sure what logic should i be using to do the task. Could you give me some insight on how i might do this task, please?
