Issue closed on 28 Aug 2019, anything planned to get some io_counters on Windows ?

Specially now that we have https://github.com/microsoft/windows-rs

Yes, this is the tracking issue, so it will be done eventually, but no ETA at this moment.

I'm not up for including both winapi and windows-rs, another option I'm trying to assess is to use WMI, see #232 for more details about ongoing work
