Describe the problem
Sometimes when I try to use the bot it shows up with this error message

Restart the bot in Heroku. This is YouTube trying to stop music Discord bots from using their service and has blocked some IPs. Restarting will usually fix it.

Unfortunately nothing can be done about this, as so many music bots are being hosted on Heroku. You’re better off using AWS or Azure.
