Late or missing Data transfer

Although the data transfers have started showing up again in Explorer with the sc_grace_blocks change. It appears I'm showing transferred packets in Explorer a few hours later or not at all. See screenshot for clarity. Explorer is not showing any data transferred 2 & 3 hours ago.

The data transfers finally showed up in Explorer right after I posted. Is it normal to expect a 2-3 hour delay before transferred data shows in explorer?
