这本书我是从2021年就开始读的，陆陆续续读了很久，直到前两天失眠，才彻底读完。

我读这本书是因为我从2021年开始跑步了，想看看村上春树是怎么坚持了这么多年的跑步，从中间学到点东西。事与愿违，段位差的太多，没有太多我可以借鉴的内容。倒是觉得自己应该像作者一样，写点记录自己跑步的文字。

2021年，我一共跑了600公里左右，解锁了半马，并且跑进了2小时30分之内，成绩为2小时25分。这个成绩虽然很菜，但是已经远超我开始跑步时候的预期。我给2022年定的年度目标是1200公里，并且要解锁全马。希望在2022年底总结的时候，能看到一份满意的答案。
