Allow the extension to run on bandcamp pages with custom URL's

Some labels have custom domain names, such as
https://music.businesscasual.biz

As a result of how the extension's site permissioning is setup, it doesn't render on pages such as these. Enable the chrome extension permissions to be extended such that users can whitelist additional URLs
