os：windows 7
zdir：在www root的zdir目录下
在php7.4 环境中，第一层如果是中文，则子目录的文件显示为目录，且无法下载。
如果为php 5.6 则没有这个问题。

Zdir 1.x/2.x已经不再更新，最新重构的3.0.0版本很好的解决了中文问题，可以安装试试。
