[incubator/kafka] new home?

Hello all,

Am pretty dissapointed that incubator/kafka has been deprecated, though it is understandable in the grand scheme of things.

This was perhaps one of the most useful tools ive used so far, It would be very appreciated if anyone can point out whether incubator/kafka will be placed in a new repo, or whether i should look for alternatives.

I think the bitnami chart is likely a good candidate to replace this: https://github.com/bitnami/charts/tree/master/bitnami/kafka. It might be nice to direct people to that chart in the deprecation notice, since it's a bit confusing to see something deprecated with no advice on replacements.

Cross-referencing https://github.com/helm/charts/issues/21103, though that's tracking only stable charts. If useful, we could create a similar issue for incubator charts.
