我尝试设置maxConstraints为200，但是不想每一列都限制用户最大拖动距离，因此想咨询一下,useAntdResizableHeader的配置项maxConstraints怎样可以灵活设置呢，比如用户拖动设置了fixed的列才设置maxConstraints，否则移除该属性

目前只支持统一设置拖拽最大宽度
可以引入配置单独列的最大或最小宽度这个功能，我之后有空的时候加上
