Decide which monitor to build

There are quite a few different monitors you can find on the internet. We need to decide which one to build.

I did a lot of research into all the different air quality monitors I could find on the internet. I've stupidly lost my notes but I'm going to recreate them and shape them into a blog post for #8.

My conclusion was that the PurpleAir looked like the best plug and play solution but I found their operations a little opaque. For DIY I think the best monitor is the one from the Luftdaten project so that's what I've decided to make.
