Export ID/TLK Str Ref: Export 9710 and 9709 in BIOA_JUG80_07_DSG, Export 10058 and Export 10059 in BIOA_JUG80_13_DSG

Description of fix: LE1 level files has a new export folder named "EffectMaterials" and in this, it has material masters for the pawns in the file, though with saren's material, he is missing a CombinedEffect_EMT_B_BioticMode in his EvrEffectsMasterMaterial and this is the effect that the attachcrusteffect sequence is trying to attach to the pawn but it can’t. I was able to almost 100% fix this by adding a CombinedEffect_EMT_B_BioticMode material to Saren's RvrEffectsMaterialUser and adjusting the parameters to match his textures. The only issue currently is his face having a different shade/effect near the end of the scene for 1 second. I can't do much to fix that completely due to lack of material knowledge and how Saren's textures are different than any other npc in the game. Though it isn't that noticeable.
