Export ID/TLK Str Ref: ice20_anoleis_dlg

Description of fix:
ISSUE: If you talk to Anoleis after returning from Peak 15, getting him to pay you in exchange for information doesn't actually result in you earning credits.
FIX: Added the anoleis_give200 script to E9, E10, E11, and E12 in ice20_anoleis_dlg.
