Description of fix:
ISSUE: At Rift Station, if you break into the sealed labs and then turn around and go to the hot labs without killing the guards, activating the neutron purge causes the guards at the barricade to disappear and the guards in the main room to become unresponsive. If you activate the purge first instead and get ambushed by Ventralis, running past him and the guards in the main room and reaching the elevator in the sealed labs causes him and another guard to disappear as well.
FIX: To prevent the guards at the barricade from disappearing, exports 6957 and 6958 (PMCheckStates) were added to BIOA_ICE60_02_DSG to check if the sealed labs were broken into and if Ventralis ambushed Shepard, and export 6405's (RemoteEvent) link was changed to export 6957. In BIOA_ICE60_07_DSG, export 1795 (PMCheckState) was linked to export 1806 (SetSquadFaction) to prevent the guards in the main room from becoming unresponsive, and export 12545 (PMCheckState) was added to prevent Ventralis and the other guard from disappearing.
