• paper-notes 是用 .md 写的。
• paper-bibs 使用了开源的模板 OMSCS6460 Annotated Bibliography (使用过程中，也发现一些不好用的地方)。

关于如何读论文，我认为这与你的阅读目的有关。带着问题与目标去阅读，会更有效率。比如，你想弄清楚一个概念，每读一段，就停下来问问自己，这个能不能解决你的困惑。目的可以多种多样，所以同一篇文章也可以带着不同问题反复阅读。
