  plugins: [
    'hyper-tabs-enhanced',
    'hyper-clean'
  ],
  ...

it's the default of version 1.3.3 except the plugins:

// Future versions of Hyper may add additional config options,
// which will not automatically be merged into this file.
// See https://hyper.is#cfg for all currently supported options.

module.exports = {

  ],

  // in development, you can create a directory under
  // `~/.hyper_plugins/local/` and include it here
  // to load it and avoid it being `npm install`ed
  localPlugins: []
};

i played a bit with the config and when i change the order of the plugins (move the hyper-tabs-enhanced after hyper-clean) the inactive tab has a different colour:

That last screenshot is the intended look. It's important to load hyper-tabs-enhanced last so it can properly fetch the active colors. Otherwise it will rely on default Hyper colors.
