Better interface to nix-build

We need to be able to evaluate and realise nix expressions while also knowing what was required for this build.

I've have an implementation of a dummy nix-store api https://github.com/expipiplus1/dummy-store which allows us to intercept any store commands. This can be used to watch for build commands and take appropriate action.
