Sometimes HC (at least with uhyve) does not shutdown correctly and seems to hangs indefinitely.

To reproduce just use coBench https://github.com/jbreitbart/coBench on kermit with a subset of the NPB. Feel free to use the config in my home.

I found a race in the wakeup routine for cores. It should be solved in the branch devel.
