Bug

What is the current behavior?

After installing Heroku CLI in Windows 10 Home (1909, 18363.836), Windows Defender notifies that it has found a threat:

What is the expected behavior?

Not getting startled by Windows Defender after installing Heroku? Heroku CLI works fine though despite this.

I have checked the checksum of the file with 3 other people and can confirm we have the same file. Also have reinstalled thrice and can reliably replicate the alert. Although for some reason, I am the only one getting the alert from Windows Defender. I know this can be tricky to replicate as there's no record of this incident on the internet. For posterity's sake, let this be the first record of it.

Another thing I would like to note is that I was alerted by the installer of a PATH issue where x > y, which I assume the installer refused to edit the PATH env var because it was longer than usual (reference)
