Sporadic deployment failures with various types of exceptions in build log

Hi there,

These are some observations from Atlassian QA when testing the Heroku plugin against Atlassian Bamboo OnDemand 4.2.3-od-3. When running the deployment task, the following 3 types of exception (or error message) were seen in the build log sporadically. I failed to establish a pattern with regards to how they could have been triggered.

3. https://paste.atlassian.com/view/9289 - for this type of error message, I understand that it normally indicates a wrong API key, but I have double checked that when it occurred, the API key was correct.

All above errors will go away after several attempts and come back maybe some time later.
