transferApp doesn't work for organizations #74

The heroku cli allows transferring an app using an organization name only:
https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/develop-orgs#adding-apps-to-an-org

However, com.heroku.api.HerokuAPI.transferApp(String, String) only supports an email address.

The api should also support organizations.

@sclasen Any workaround here or will this require a code change?
