Heroku 1.6.2 install fails due to json-1.1.0

FWIW, I'm able to successfully install and build the native C extensions on my Ruby 1.9.1p243 (MinGW), Vista, RubyGems 1.3.5 system of the following json versions:

1.2.0, 1.1.9, 1.1.8, 1.1.7, 1.1.6, 1.1.5, 1.1.4

with build failures starting with 1.1.3.

Why does the heroku gem add a hard dependency on json 1.1.0 in it's Jeweler-build gemspec?

+1 - I've rolled back to 1.5.2

Fixed in 1.6.3 and above.
