I am running the following command to run the node:
roslaunch hesai_lidar hesai_lidar.launch lidar_type:="PandarQT" frame_id:="PandarQT"
One more thing I observed is I am not having the install folder when using the mentioned catkin_make command as in the instructions.

Possible reason could be: incorrect launch file configuration, low system RAM, multiple running instance of the ROS process.
Please try reboot the system, download a clean code version, in a new workspace folder, strictly follow the readme instructions to compile and run.
