Commented out neosnippet in in plugins?

I Noticed you have commented out neosnippet in your plugins:

" Snippets
     " Plug 'Shougo/neosnippet.vim'        " Snippets Engine
     Plug 'Shougo/deoplete.nvim'         " Autocompletion Engine (neovim)
     Plug 'tomtom/tcomment_vim'

Were you having issues using it with deoplete, just trying to set it up locally.

I thought I was having issues, but ultimately it wasn't with neosnippet. I just forgot to uncomment that line before I pushed this commit to github.
