Caused by a Deno/deno_task_shell issue where deno task leaves ghost processes

denoland/deno#18445
denoland/deno_task_shell#33

Context in this closed dax-issue

dsherret/dax#146

Workaround is to use deno run ... instead of deno task when defining a process command in pup.

Not related to pup, but still relevant. Closing as there is no fix.
