231113-04 - debian bookworm image for amazon douglas (fire hd 8 2017 / 7th generation)

• no changes around the kernel, just a fresh bookworm image with the changes and improvments which went into it to have a more up to date os available again
• debian bookworm only, i have no real plan to create jammy images for the amazon tablets - in case an ubuntu jammy is seriously required, maybe have a look at: #129
