231113-04 - debian bookworm image for amazon douglas (fire hd 8 2017 / 7th generation)

- kernel version used: legacy v3.18 mediatek kernel
- no changes around the kernel, just a fresh bookworm image with the changes and improvments which went into it to have a more up to date os available again
- debian bookworm only, i have no real plan to create jammy images for the amazon tablets - in case an ubuntu jammy is seriously required, maybe have a look at: #129
- in case an image should not properly boot on your system, then please add a comment here: #130

- boot blocks taken from minimyth2 as well for now
- so far only tested to work on a x96 x6 tv box booting from sd card (ethernet and wifi not working yet, but usb ethernet works)
- boot blocks and dtb files included for pine64 quartz64 b, radxa rock 3a and 3b as well, but not yet tested
