Bug: Manual movement of the video player slider doesn't work (Mobile browser)

Summary

Nothing happens when user tries to move the "cb-slider-handle" manually by holding slider button.
Windows,Mac version OS doesn't have this bug.

Reproduction steps

1. Open Google Chrome app
2. Go to https://codebattle.hexlet.io
3. Click on "Sign in" button
4. Pass Authorization #For example: Email=Plus@bk.com, Password=plusminus
5. Click on "Completed Games"
6. Choose any game, and click on "Show" button
7. Move right the "cb-slider-handle" manually by holding slider button

Mobile model : Samsung SM-G970F
Browser: Chrome ver. 108.0.5359.128

Expected result

Slider-handle moves according to cursor position

Actual result

Slider-handle doesn't move.
