Now we can invite other people to fight, but we don't signal about all events (cancel/accept invite by opponent, cancel invite by timeout, etc)

We could create notification panel aside for that purpuses.

  1. (Backend) We need inform others about this events
  2. (Frontend) Create Notification Panel
