Summary

Когда двигаешь разделить в правую сторону для уменьшения окна браузера и курсор слетает и возникает дефект: движение не происходит и появляется залипание разделителя которое снимается только повторным кликом.

Если сложно написала, надеюсь по видео будет проще понять.

Reproduction steps

1. Пользователь авторизован.
2. Открыть HTML сниппет.
3. Уменьшить окно браузера движением разделителя вправо.

Expected result

Окно браузера можно уменьшить двигая разделитель.

Actual result

Окно сложно уменьшить, слетает курсор и движение не происходит.
