Updated countries.yaml with Dutch country names/translations (from onomojo/i18n-country-translations gem).

This can easily be done for all languages in https://github.com/onomojo/i18n-country-translations .
Is the goal of the countries gem to also support all translations?

Could you fix the specs before I merge this? I think it should support the main ones. Maybe we could add support for a fall through to the 18n-country-translations gem if it is available.
