Hi,

I just updated as described.
I issued a reboot command, and now it looks like the raspberry issn't booting anymore correctyl.
Any help what to do?

root@raspberrypi:/home/pi# rpi-update
Raspberry Pi firmware updater by Hexxeh, enhanced by AndrewS
Performing self-update
Autodetecting memory split
Using ARM/GPU memory split of 192MB/64MB
We're running for the first time
Setting up firmware (this will take a few minutes)
Using HardFP libraries
If no errors appeared, your firmware was successfully setup
A reboot is needed to activate the new firmware
root@raspberrypi:/home/pi# reboot

Broadcast message from root@raspberrypi (pts/0) (Sat Oct 20 13:22:18 2012):
The system is going down for reboot NOW!

Ok, short update:

Seems that was an issue with my SD card image after the update.
reinstalled the SD card form scratch.

Not sure if the remaining space on the SD card was an issue.

So the RPi starts again.

I checked also the firmware with vcgencmd version, and indeed the firmware is updated from August 10 version 330751 to Sept 18, version337601
