Add a simple check to not notify the browser's notification system if the previous captions behind the alert word are the same.

Make a check or simple cache to not alert the browser notification system if the 5 previous words before the alert words are not the same. Most of the time, nobody says the same phrase more than thrice so this is a good thing to add to the 0.22 beta. I received 30 notifications and this is very annoying.
