Compare deviation events to null in cross-animal analyses

In compare_conditions.py, import null vs true count dictionaries from Deviations/null_x_true_deviations for each animal:

• neur_count_dict.npy
• neur_len_dict.npy
• neur_spike_dict.npy

Collect a distribution of true neuron counts, lengths, and spike counts across all animals, as well as a distribution of the null data across all animals and plot on one set of axes for each condition.
