Since Windows 10 v1803, the ucmMethodSluiHijack has been patched. Upon execution,it opens Windows settings with a dialog box prompting for a Windows Key.

Cannot reproduce. Your Windows settings maybe altered, your Windows edition maybe different (UACMe always test on Pro/Ent/Ultimate Windows editions with a default settings) or anything else may happen. Unfixed even in RS5.
