get_up代码报错， 加了下print

这个接口b站有变动，现在需要cookie才可以访问这个接口，看看后续怎么调整，临时的解决方案是先使用--cookie参数

另外受此影响的还有get_list_info接口中涉及到请求up信息的部分🥲，同样可以用--cookie参数临时解决一下。非登陆状态下访问跟用户信息有关的接口现在需要验证码

目前b站取消了相关接口的限制，相关功能应该正常了
