After talking with Blandine we were talking about a potential of asking users for reviews when we detect their current location is at a spot with no review.
I know that google is only able to do it because they have a phone app which is constantly able to see the user's current location, but maybe we can figure out a way to do something similar?

After reading more into Progressive Web Applications, I have found that is it possible to send push notifications to the user, EVEN if the app is not currently open for them, be it desktop or mobile.
We can discuss the possibility of transitioning to a PWA at the meeting tomorrow and if we do, this is a possibility.

How long should the interval between notifications be?
Also what all should we check before sending it. Does the location have any reviews? Is there a current notification active?
Do we add a feature so the user can disable notifications on their profile?
What conditions should my commit meet before I can merge it? I currently have the notification message and interval setup properly, but I don't have an API request setup to check if there are reviews and such.
