Fix bug on location rating on demo.accesslocator.com

@stephanosm found something that looks like a bug where the location rating on the location search didn't match a location rating percentage in the location report. This might already be fixed since a lot was improved since demo.accesslocator.com was last released but it is important to make sure.

@stephanosm can you remember what location that was? Can you share a screenshot of the location search with the 0% and the location report showing the other value? Those will help me reproduce the problem.

I can't reproduce this. I think you can close this issue and if it exists it will show from the overall testing we need to do.
