目前遇到的问题/使用障碍

目前针对特大表，表行数超过1000万的alter较慢,对业务影响较大

希望如何解决/实现它

希望能够判断影响行数，对于超过一定行数的大表，通过pt-osc去执行alter，减少对业务的影响

其他信息

如果有其他类似的产品功能或者图片信息，可在此提交
