Inherit and run ssh_spec functional tests from chef-core

Would seem to make sense, as they might have theoretically caught some of the ssh_user stuff, right?

Thank you for your proposal. The reason of test-unit is just practice for me.
I' ll try to reuse tests from chef-core.
