Dashboards extremes sync options, shared zoom area rectangle between charts.

Description of the feature

Currently, only the zoom sync effect is shared between charts in extremes sync. We could also share the rectangle that appears when selecting an area on the chart while zooming.

This feature could accompany the opportunity to add options to extremes sync, allowing, for example, selecting the ID and types of axes that can be synchronized. It would be best if extreme sync was possible also for components that do not share the same connector.

Should we also show a tooltip for the rest of the synced charts as shown in the vanilla Highcarts?

Yes, just like in the demo.

No, the tooltip is a part of the highlight sync.
