Chile: add new region (Ñuble)

Hi highChart Support:

The Government of Chile has defines a new region. The region of Ñuble. Can you add this region in Chile’s HighChart map?

As a workaround (or while waiting for the map collection update), you could use an edited map available in this demo: https://jsfiddle.net/BlackLabel/d2v7gtje/2/
