The problem is with rotation of polar chart, where horizontal gridline.

Please compare:

Master branch doesn't solve this issue.

Looks like some kind of rounding error. Adding a slider helps visualize:

It appears that the spokes and the origin is constant, while the concentric grid lines are moving.
