Donut - size issue (inner circle overlaps outer)

When donut chart has small size, problem with innerSize and outerSize appears.

I would expect no overlapping.

Maybe this is related to #2077 although it doesn't seem to be fixed.

This acts differently when incorporating the fix from #2077. Outer ring does not overlap, but is too thin.
