pointPlacement: 'between' makes plotBands wrong rendered #2188

Compare first and last plotBand - both should look the same way, while second one is cut off. No matter what value will be set for to: - it always looks the same way. With pointPlacement: 'on' it works properly.

Are there any updates on this issue? It still seems to be valid with the current version of highcharts...

Works fine since 4.1.6+.
