Position of right scrollbar button is 1px wrong

The right scrollbar button should be moved 1px to the right. Currently the button is overlapping the bar with 1px, covering the border.

Alternatively, if this effect is desired (it actually looks good, at least when the border width is 1px), the left button should be adjusted accordingly. This can be done by increasing the width of both (!) buttons by 1px.

Tested in Opera, Firefox and IE.
