Docs about modifying Manager URL on hinemos_web.cfg

Hi,

Hinemos Web Client seems to be able to modifying Manager URL with environment variables on hinemos_web.cfg. These parameters are more useful than URL query described in 3.1.1.1.4 Specifying a Login User Name or Manager URL.

HINEMOS_MANAGER_URL	String	http://localhost:8080/HinemosWeb/
HINEMOS_USER	String	hinemos
HINEMOS_PASS	String

Would you please add a description of these parameters in the documentation?
