a next strange thing i find is when i open a preview of a layotter page the layotter output is empty. i debugged that the function "layotter_frontend_shortcode" has no post id in first argument. i am starting to think that some external code may conflict with layotter but could not yet confirm that yet. is there any known issue with that?
when i look into the database i see that the post revisions do not have a post_id in the short code. its just [layotter]

i found the problem in the end - corrupt html where special chars quotes where inside a html attribute. maybe it would be use full in debug mode to have a valid json test option
There were some issues in the past with special chars resulting in malformed JSON, but I'm not aware of any problems in the current version. Field contents should never break Layotter -- can you please provide the chars that caused the issue? Thanks
