Remove the failed specs from the -j1 list #71

When a spec fails for whatever reason on multi-job run it falls back and tries to run -j1. If it still has neutral failures currently it shows up in that list (first list) and the -j1 list. Of course it will be in the -j1 list.

So for the -j1 list do not list those files that failed due to neutral failures, just those that failed multi-jobs but succeeded on -j1.
