Rewrite slack-history-export

Hello all,

Initially, this tool was written on a Saturday to learn ES6 some years ago, but have proven to be a useful tool for several people hence the need to make it more standard and reliable.

I have decided to rewrite this tool and make it more standard.

In the rewrite, I will be fixing several issues that have been reported and adding a couple of enhancements.

I hope to do release a basic version soon and increment rapidly over that.

Please open an issue or drop a comment about how I can make this tool more usable to you

Some guidance about how to obtain the necessary Slack token would be useful. For example, apm helps you get a github token when you try to use it without a token.

Any progress on this?

It also seems that CSV export still outputs JSON. Looking for a way to import private chat history to RocketChat, but I'm not sure that CSV will work.
